What are your lead times?

Most made-to-order pieces are ready in 2–8 weeks, depending on design and materials. We confirm your timeline at order, and priority scheduling can be arranged if needed.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver across South Africa via trusted carriers. Timing to major centres is typically 7–14 working days from dispatch, while rural areas may take slightly longer. For full details, see our Delivery page.

Can I customise size, layout or covering?

Absolutely. Most ranges can be tailored in width, depth, sectional layout and covering. Options include full-grain leather and FibreGuard performance fabrics. Share your room measurements and we’ll guide you.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Leather and fabric swatches are available so you can review colour and texture in your own space. Swatches also make coordinating with flooring, paint or cabinetry effortless.

What is your warranty?

Frames carry a 20-year guarantee, foam 5 years, and workmanship 2 years. Natural leather character (patina and grain variation) is inherent and not a defect. Each piece develops individuality over time. See full terms in our Terms & Conditions.

What is your returns & refunds policy?

We accept returns under the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any issues within 48 hours so we can resolve them promptly.

How do I care for FibreGuard fabrics?

Blot spills immediately, then clean with water and a small amount of mild soap. Rinse and blot dry. Most stains lift easily with this process. FibreGuard is designed to simplify everyday living.

How do I care for leather?

Dust regularly with a soft cloth, apply conditioner periodically, and keep away from direct sun and heat. These habits maintain suppleness for years. For full guidance, see our Care Guide.

Will the sofa fit through my doorway or stairs?

Measure doorways, lifts and stair turns against our packed dimensions before ordering. If access is tight, ask us about split options or removable legs where available.

What payment options do you accept?

We prefer EFT. A 50% deposit secures the order, with the balance due before dispatch.

Do you work with designers and developers?

Yes. Apply for a Trade Account for preferential pricing and project support. Our team assists with swatches, specifications and logistics.

What if I need after-sales support?

We’re here to assist with care, settling-in questions and service. Contact us with your order number and photos if needed—ongoing support is part of our commitment.
