These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using www.ywf.co.za and for buying from M&B Solutions trading as YWF. By browsing or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using our site or services.

1. Introduction to YWF Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to all retail and trade clients engaging with YWF in South Africa.

2. Waiver

If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right. Waivers are only valid if confirmed in writing.

3. Severability

If a clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms continue to apply.

4. Updates to the Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms occasionally. By continuing to use the website after changes, you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, you should stop using our services.

5. Product Information

We aim for accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and availability, but errors can occur. We may correct obvious errors without notice. Colours can vary due to screens and lighting. Please request leather or fabric swatches before ordering.

Natural marks and variations in full-grain leather and hides are inherent and not defects.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices include VAT at 15% and are listed in ZAR. Lead times are generally 4–8 weeks, depending on order complexity and material availability.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm orders, with the balance due before dispatch. Payment methods currently accepted include EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Float, and PayFast (credit/debit card, instant EFT). Additional payment options may be added in the future. All payment processing is secure, and funds are held until order fulfilment.

7. Delivery

We deliver nationwide via trusted couriers. Delivery fees apply where stated. Standard delivery to major centres typically takes 7–14 working days from dispatch; remote areas may take longer.

For clients who purchase high-value or bulky furniture, we offer a White-Glove Delivery service (at additional cost), where items are unwrapped, placed, and set up in your home. Standard delivery is curbside only. Please see our Delivery page for full details.

Delivery dates are estimates. YWF is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will communicate updates promptly.

8. Warranty

• 20-year guarantee on frames
• 5 years on foam
• 2 years on workmanship

Guarantees apply from delivery date for the original purchaser. This warranty excludes misuse, exposure, and normal wear and tear. Patina and tonal shifts in leather are expected and natural.

Demo or shop-soiled items carry a limited 6-month warranty.

9. Gift Cards and Vouchers – Store Terms

Gift cards are valid for 3 years. Promotional vouchers expire after 3 months unless stated otherwise.

10. Trade Client Terms and Conditions

Trade accounts are available to interior designers, decorators, and similar businesses.

11. Acceptance and Contact

By using this website, you accept these Terms. We may update them from time to time. For questions, contact us. These Terms operate under South African law.

12. Limitation of Liability

YWF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, designs, and text are the intellectual property of M&B Solutions t/a YWF. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

14. Consumer Protection

These Terms comply with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Consumers have rights including the right to return defective goods, cancellation within applicable timeframes, and clear pricing.
